Navaratri Sharva's Car Golu 2019 | I am Sharva a big car enthusiast
Our two-year-old boy baby is obsessed with
cars and the entire thing that comes with wheel ;) so called OBSESSION (a
healthy obsession). This year we had a car themed Golu named Sharva’s CAR GOLU.
During the Navaratri Celebrations there is a tradition of displaying Golu/Kolu in households.
Golu refers to showcasing and displaying miniature forms of Gods, Goddess, animals, birds and some personalities and so on. These dolls are kept on the numbered tiers or steps called Golu padi, made of wooden or steel. The nine steps represent the nine days of Navaratri, Navaratri – Nine holy Nights.

This festival is celebrated with the devotion for a period of 10 days in India. If often ends with Dussehra/Dasara (also called Vijayadashami) celebration on the 10th day, which is the end of the Navaratri every year.
Golu has a significant connection with agriculture. In order to encourage de-silting of irrigation canals, Golu was celebrated every year to create demand for clay materials.
Golu is symbolic of the feminine power and shows that everything on earth has one creator.
Golu (Bommai/Doll) is not only meant for displaying dolls, why not try with Cars for our little speedster. We name it is as Sharva’vin Car Golu.
Golu is the way of addressing boys with love, has its origin ‘Son’ in Hindi indeed mean Chubby – round faced, naughty person. And so, my Boy Sharva 😉
I am Sharva a big car enthusiast. But asking me my favourite car would be like asking my favourite food or place or song – it changes everyday J
Our little speedster Vroom! Vroom!

Yes, I am so obsessed with the cars that
many times I felt like my heart is not a muscle, it’s an engine for me Vroom! Vroom!
For me, HAPPINESS IS… the smell of a new
car. Yessss Cars bring me Sheer Joy. Like Father Like Son.
I love being a car enthusiast, many may
question why I put so much money into car.. the simple fact is – it’s what
makes me happppppppy. My favourite toy is a Car. Car is what something I can
enjoy playing, admire and hold on to everywhere and sleep with that too :D, not
other toys I can imagine.
To go to sleep I count cars not stars :D
Everyone should stick into something when
they are down, for me: My Car is Mine. It’s a bond only another enthusiast can
understand. Yes, I am Emotional about engines if you hurt my car, you hurt my
heart L
A Love between a man and his car can only
be understood by those who have felt for it.
Show me a girl and I’ll look her for a
little while, but if show me a car and I’ll droll all day thinking about her ;)
With a little cars fan in my house, there
isn’t a single day when I don’t trip over a toy car. Honestly, I’m telling that
I’m tired of having to rearrange my child’s car collection every night after he
slept. To be more interesting and ease way of storage I did many cars organiser
rack/shelfs J yup he loved them all. This a great way to control my son’s
overflowing car collections.
He doesn’t want chocolates or anything
else, he only wants everything that related to wheels.
When we go for shopping and all, he utters
“Just one more car Mummmmy I Promise” :D When he is broken or mood off, the
only one that he needs to get back normal is none other than his car toys J
Teach kids to love cars and they’ll never
have enough time or money for other addictions.
